Renting Cai thank you! Well, one function that I don't see in any other Local SEO tools is a tool that manages tickets opened with Google Support. At the moment, the only way (that I know) is to go to Google's support pages, choose the issue, describe the issue and send it. I only get an email back from Google Support with the case ID. It would be incredibly helpful and useful to have all the tickets/issues listed, with the status (in process, solved, denied, etc) bu client and listing. Sharing this with the client would help a lot and they would get a real picture of how much time and effort it takes to solve issues in GBP profiles.
