Filter presets are available in Site Structure, Backlinks, Referring domains, Organic keywords, and Top pages reports.

That's a perfect idea!
Moreover, saved filters can be everywhere, not only in Backlinks.
I mean Referring Domain, Linked Domains, Organic Keywords and etc.
Just a button "Saved Filters/Your Filters" with a list of saved filters....
