We are unable to track data such as calls, direction requests, and other metrics directly. However, you can explore tools like BrightLocal and Jepto, which allow for keyword research, auditing business profiles and tracking the data in more details.

The new Google Profile manager tool looks to be a nice addition. When flagging changes, can you please state what is the old data, and what is the new data. Thanks
